By downloading, installing, or using the Safer Clean mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

The availability of individual features may depend on your device, iOS version, photo library permissions, region, subscription status, and the version of the App.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to download, install, and use the App for personal and non-commercial purposes.
This license is limited to use of the App on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, as permitted by the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions and applicable App Store Usage Rules.
The App is licensed to you, not sold. We and our licensors retain all rights not expressly granted under these Terms.
Safer Clean requires access to some or all of your iOS photo library to provide its core features. You decide whether to grant full access, limited access, or no access through the permission controls provided by iOS.
You may change or revoke photo library permission at any time in:
iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Photos > Safer Clean
If you deny or limit access, certain features may be unavailable or may produce incomplete results.
Safer Clean may use automated, algorithmic, or on-device analysis to identify media that appears to be duplicate, similar, blurry, large, or suitable for compression.
These results are recommendations only. The App may incorrectly classify, group, rank, or estimate the size of photos and videos.
You are responsible for:
Safer Clean does not automatically guarantee that a suggested photo or video is unnecessary.
We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the App on your iOS device solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes, strictly in accordance with these Terms.
This license does not transfer any ownership rights in the App or its content. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by us.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions. In those jurisdictions, these exclusions apply only to the extent permitted by law.
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the App, our business, technology, or applicable law.
Your continued use of the App after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, where permitted by law. If you do not agree to an update, you must stop using the App.
Safer Clean may offer paid features through Apple in-app purchases or auto-renewable subscriptions. The purchase screen will show the available plan, billing period, price, included features, and any trial or introductory offer before you confirm a purchase. Prices and plans may vary by region and may change for future billing periods in accordance with Apple's rules.
When you purchase a subscription:
You can view, change, or cancel a subscription through your Apple Account subscription settings. Removing Safer Clean from your device does not cancel a subscription or stop billing.
Apple processes payments and decides refund requests under its applicable policies. We do not receive your full payment-card details and cannot directly issue an App Store refund.
